We understand the importance of securely packaging jewelry items, and we take extra care to ensure that your order arrives safely and without any damage. Please note that international customers may be subject to customs fees and other charges which are not included in our shipping rates.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Carolina Gioiello. If you receive a damaged item, we are happy to offer a return and refund within 15 days of delivery. Please note that in order to initiate a claim, you must provide proof of damage. We will work with you to make sure your claim is processed quickly and efficiently.
